Ive had nothing but problems with these boxs, dont get Ee tv its rubbish, what they dont tell you is if your wifi is weak in a different room you have to pay again for a conecter to boost your wifi, the prices are all different, ive been given a £20 discount since having non stop problems still cant get the mini box to work, no one ever said anything about having to pay extra if your signals are weak in other rooms, ive got to the point where they can have all the stuff back , contract or no contract , 3 hrs yesterday trying to connect my mini box all for them to tell me its my tv, 3 hrs later the whole internet and main box goes down they are not getting a penny out of me intill its sorted, so much stress its not worth it you might as well get sky as its the same thing!!!!

@Emma473 EE do state the boxes need to be within 5m of the router. There’s nothing stopping you from purchasing a WiFi repeater instead of EE WiFi repeater at a monthly cost. A good wifi connection is also based on where you put the router if it’s near any other electronics it can interfere with WiFi signals. My router is below a fish tank and that’s not good for WiFi signals but my pro box is upstairs and has no connection issues.
