I’m trying to activate my discovery+ as should get this as part of my entertainment package. I tried to access it on my tv but am prompted to pay so can’t access it. Thanks Jen

@Jenny1k  Have you activated it on your account?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you haven't activated it, login to your EE account and you should have a link to activate it from there.

Your discovery+ account isn't showing as activated @Jenny1k 

If you can't see the option to activate when you log into https://ee.co.uk/ then try going specifically to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/broadband and scrolling down to "Your extras".
