HELP!
I have been trying tom activate my discovery+ for over a month and in total I have spent 8 hrs trying!
I have the code to activate it on my tv screen but NOTHING works! I opened a discovery+ account that didn't work. I open the EE link that only trying to sell me a new phone. there in to prompt to add the code on any devices. I have tried doing on my laptop and phone and use different browsers.
I can't get through to a human being, chat bot doesn't understand. discovery can't understand it either.
I am paying for a service that isn't happening! but can't even find out were to complain!

Welcome to the community.
Have you been able to try to activate in both the EE app and by logging in on the website?
Are you able to try another browser as well?
If that still doesn't let you activate your discovery+ subscription, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can help to look into this further for you.

No I don’t see this & I find the entire process frustrating. Why isn’t linked under membership ?
Simply outline the steps given I’ve signed in & cannot go any further please ?

Have you tried heading to the activation link on this page?
There are a few different options on here, but you just need to scroll down and select the option for EE TV and Broadband.
