I have recently joined EE and included in my basic entertainment package is Discovery +. I had this when I was with Sky up to joining EE. I have got everything else working, but having issues with this app on the tv. I can login no problem from my phone, but when I try to watch something, it keeps telling me to upgrade my pass and retry. Nothing happens. I have tried discussing this with EE and Discovery +, but I'm getting nowhere with either. I am not happy about this at all and just want it sorted.

If you reach out to our EE TV team at eetvsupport@bt.com then they will be able to take a look into what is happening, and help to get this sorted.
