Hello, has anyone experienced difficulty activating their Discovery+ subscription through EE.
I have tried logging in on two browser and the app to find an activation link under my Broadband tab but it simply isn't there. I spent an hour on the phone with two advisors that couldn't see any problems and was told it would be picked up by the offline team, I then received a text saying use this link and there was again nothing at the link to activate.
I'm reluctant to start again on the phone to go through all the various stages for another hour.
