Discovery+ Activation

Hello, has anyone experienced difficulty activating their Discovery+ subscription through EE. 

I have tried logging in on two browser and the app to find an activation link under my Broadband tab but it simply isn't there. I spent an hour on the phone with two advisors that couldn't see any problems and was told it would be picked up by the offline team, I then received a text saying use this link and there was again nothing at the link to activate.

I'm reluctant to start again on the phone to go through all the various stages for another hour.

Welcome to the community.

I can understand the reluctance to speak to our team on the phone again if you have already called, but they will be the best people to speak to if you are still unable to activate.

Before you do, it is worth checking the TV & Sport section of the app to see if there is an activation option for you there. If there isn't, give the team a call and they'll continue to look into this for you.

Just a quick check @JamieEEAndMe - you say you've been looking for a link under your Broadband tab, but have you tried under the "Plans & Subscriptions" item in the menu bar of ee.co.uk? That's where it would normally appear. On that screen, there's normally a button to Manage TV & Sport, which would then show the Start Activation button further down the screen (it can take a few seconds to appear after loading the page).  I've confirmed that the subscription is on your account, waiting to be activated, so the button should appear.
