Control sky Glass TV with EE Pro Remote

Hi,

I am trying to get my EE TV box Pro remote to control the volume on my Sky Glass tv. Are there instructions to do this? I have seen the video available on the old EE remote but this does not work on the new remote that comes with TB box Pro. Help 😀

Have you tried holding down the Home and 9 keys at the same time for a few seconds? It should flash three times.

Please make sure you have new batteries in the remote control. Also, it's worth restarting all of your equipment (TV, EE TV and Router).

Let us know if pressing Home and 9 together connects it then.
