Charging for Netflix when it's not in my package.

Hello.  I paid for Netflix through my BT account, but when changing to EE after a month I was told Netflix was not part of my package anymore. I had to update my payment details through Netflix and started paying directly with them. However when I received my EE bill for the month they charged me for Netflix even though it's not part of my package or included in my extras. It's a disgrace.

I am going through a similar situation, but EE customer services are just a joke.  They cut you off whilst switching to the right department.

Customer Support,  this made me spit my dinner out laughing… the last time I called they couldn’t hear me because my EE mobile connection was so poor.

EE  as a whole company is the worst i have ever come across a total shambles from top to bottom nobody knows what the hell is going on . I could not wait to get out if it.

Yes but I don't trust them to sort it out. Netflix told me I'm paying through my debit card not EE
