Can't watch sky sports on ipad

I have an EE broadband and TV subscription which includes sky sports however I can't seem to watch it on the app? I've tried searching for some answers but can't find anything.

I read you many not be able to watch it on the app but instead using Now TV, is that correct? If so I've never been a Now TV customer and only getting options to join with a new subscription which I don't want.

Hopefully someone can help as so far my experience with EE has already been pretty poor.

A NOW TV account and included subscription would have been set up automatically and linked to your email address as part of the setup of your EE TV package.

Does it work if you try to do Forgotten Password on the NOW log-in page and get logged in that way?

If not, then it's possible your NOW account was set up incorrectly at the beginning and you would need to call EE Customer Services so they can ensure it is linked to the right email and set up correctly so you can access your subscription.
