I just had to replace my BT TV box and received an EE TV Box in it's place. Now I cannot link the EE TV App to the new box. Before you ask:
- Mobile and Box are on same WiFi network
- I unregistered and re-registered mobile on the app
The app just won't find the box.
Any guidance appreciated

Have you tried rebooting everything - TV Box, Smart Hub, as well as any powerline adapters if you're using them?
