Hello. Since I've had to move from BT to EE it has been a nightmare. One part of the problem is my Netflix service which I paid with BT, but since it's gone to EE, I can't access it as when I log on to Netflix it says, "You're membership is on pause. Let's get you watching again. Please add your payment method to continue watching."

I am sorry to hear you have been having issues since joining us and you are currently unable to use your Netflix. The Netflix is part of your broadband and TV package, is that right?
Did you receive an activation e-mail with a link to follow? Have you tried activating it via your TV box? You would open the Netflix app on your TV box, make sure you are signed out then select Get Started and then click Join now, once you enter your e-mail it should take you to choose your membership which will show as included with EE.

hello. I received an activation link through email which didn't work. I've been told its an open reach issue but for it not to work for weeks is ridiculous. Its part of my subscription as an extra. Shouldn't be this complicated.

If the activation link does not work I'd recommend giving us another call.

Hello. I've called multiple times about this issue and nothing has been resolved with contradictory answers every time. The customer service with EE is embarassing as nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing. We are still without Netflix.
