I recently transferred to EE from BT I have full fibre 150. I also have the TV package.
The TV worked without issue for a couple of weeks but this last few days all live channels have started to buffer. I've read from various sources that this can be rectified by making adjustments via the app but I can't seem to connect my app to the router ? It is the BT router I have the person I spoke to said I wouldn't need a new router.
I don't have a TV Ariel so this is my only means of recieving TV. When I use the apps such as BBC and Netflix they work without issue.
I've tried factory reset and also turning the router off and back on again . I've tried the new EE app and also the EE home app all to no avail. Any pointers or help would be great thankyou

Have you done several speed tests to see what average speed you are recieving? Ideally via the EE app (as this will give you the speed received at the router). Also, have you tried connecting the TV box via an Ethernet cable directly to the router? (could indicate either WiFi signal strength or interference issues)
What error messages are you getting when trying to connect the app?

I have done speed tests it's consistently over 100 it's not really practical to connect via ethernet as the router point is near the front door rather than in the lounge . I've tried everything it's never been an issue before

@JLimb I was suggesting more as a temporary thing, just to prove the issue. Could be worth seeing what your mobile says about the WiFi strength near your TV. Alternatively, try changing your WiFi channel visa the mobile app.

The best way to do a speed test on the TV Box Pro or TV Box Mini is to use the speed test facility within the Netflix app - tests from other devices aren't a true reflection of signal to the box.
