BTP-16500 Error and no live TV

I am a new customer to EE TV, moving over from Sky. As part of my order, I was to receive 3 TV boxes. I have not installed them, but I keep getting BTP-16500 errors and I have to make each box I am watching the main box to allow me to watch live TV.

Surely this is not expected behaviour and there is some way I can set my primary box, then watch live TV on all TV Boxes. This is driving me mad and questioning my move away from Sky, where the multiroom experience was flawless.

Im questioning my move from sky tv too. I think im going to go back to sky as EE tv is nothing like they said it would be
