with EE for 2 months now, my third bill has jumped up from £69 to £119 - I don't understand why, I have not added anything new. 

Also I m trying to set a direct debit and the site is saying -'blocked'

Have you been able to look at the bill on your online account at all?

As for setting up the direct debit, is this using the app or through a browser?
