Hi, I recently upgraded my broadband and with the new contract I was able to get EE tv and my Netflix paid alongside. I was told my fella in shop it would automatically change on my account once I logged into Netflix. This hasn’t happened and I’m still being charged for Netflix and my broadband that are now meant to be together in one payment. Has anyone else had the same issue. Thanks.
