Apple TV 4K with EETV

Hi All,
   Signed up to EETV with the Apple TV 4K but question is, apart from the custom remote and the EETV app on the Apple TV 4K does it operate the same as my Apple TV 4K I bought from Apple? Just curios if its a locked down ATV4K box or just like retail with customisations.

It's a normal Apple TV, with the added ability to use the full experience in the EE TV app.  You can install anything you like on it, as normal.
