Trying to activate Netflix which should be included in my TV package, I didn’t receive any activation email when I took the contract and I’m going around in circles, can someone help?
had to pay to keep Netflix active which I shouldn’t of had to do!

Do you have the the order confirmation email for the EE TV order? The link should be on the email to activate Netflix?

Hi,
Having an issue locating my email with the activation code for Netflix from when I upgraded back in February. Can’t find anything in text form either and I would like a new link to activate Netflix please

Having same issues, I have not had an activation link for activation Netlix(it is in extra added), I have not received any email or message with activation link.
