Trying to activate Netflix which should be included in my TV package, I didn’t receive any activation email when I took the contract and I’m going around in circles, can someone help?
had to pay to keep Netflix active which I shouldn’t of had to do!

Hi. I’m having the same problem no activation received and manage tv app reports it is not working on my account

Do you have the the order confirmation email for the EE TV order? The link should be on the email to activate Netflix?
