Activating Discovery plus

I moved over to EE TV recently and my account shows that I should have access to Discovery + premium. I have looked for this and attempted to activate using relevant links but can’t view it - my EE login details don’t work and I’m prompted to subscribe and pay. Am now very confused … how do I access this please?

Your discovery+ account was activated on April 20th, with the premium subscription, but I cannot tell what email address you used for it (for privacy reasons).

Is there a chance you used a different email address for activation?

Let me know if you'd like me to reset your activation, so that you can then activate again using a preferred email address.

Note: the account isn't synchronised with your EE ID, so it's possible you set a different password on it?

Hi I have the same issues.

Told my accounts need merging but it's taking ages to happen? I'm nearly a week in of having package and can't see anything displayed in my account and can't activate discovery plus

I'm sorry you've been having trouble activating discovery+.

Did our team say how long this was likely to take and if you would be notified when it was complete?

Thank for the reply,

I was told 3 days which has now passed, I was also told I would be sent a
link to book a call back for Tuesday should the issue not be resolved that
link hasn't been received.

As you can appreciate I'm keen to use my service to it's full advantage and
can't at current

Is this part of your mobile package or a home package that you get the discovery+ access?

Hi Leanne have had mobile for 12 years a number of devices and accounts, recently switch broadband from BT to EE... A few days later enquired about TV and took package out full works! Everything else seems to be working however I can't see any info in my account and can't activate discovery. Was told it's to do with duplicate EE I'd and them not aligning was also told a merge request has been submitted but it hasn't been completed so still cant see my full profiles in the app I have tried linking and everything but get told linked to a EE I'd already... Unsure what that is as only ever had one with you and all my mobiles appear into that ID.

@Hutchinson9448 your discovery+ account isn't activated yet, so it should just be a matter of signing into https://ee.co.uk/login with the same email address you logged into this forum with.  You should see an option to activate discovery+ there, but if you don't then try this link instead: https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/broadband

When it takes you to the discovery+ site, either fill in the form to create a new account, or use the "Sign in" button in the top right corner to pair your subscription with an existing login.
