As you've moved from BT to EE, you need to log into the EE TV app with an EE ID now - during the login process, you need to select the "EE Broadband" option, instead of "BT Broadband".
Your new EE account isn't currently associated with an EE ID though, so you'll need to do that first. Simply visit https://ee.co.uk/exp/migrate/link-your-products and log in with the same username and password you used for this forum. Then follow the process to "Link EE Broadband". Once complete, you can use that same account to log into the EE TV app.
