So I have just spent over an hour going through trying to get my new watch mobile plan to work. Having been passed through three people the EE support team tell me that the phone and watch are not compatible, Samsung's side clearly states that it is. All of the other functions work, just not a mobile plan where I have the message that EE don't provide watch plans and error code -1.
Has anyone had this problem?

Welcome to the Community
While the Pairing or Samsung watches is possible with the Pixel, we only support the mobile plan connection of Samsung Watches when paired with Samsung mobile phones only.
