We have some business phones on 02 on a 24 month minimum term with a 6 month minimum term, do we need to wait the full 24 months before porting and changing to EE?

You can only port from O2 to EE w/out paying Early Termination Fees after the O2 min. term, whatever that is. You are being ambiguous in saying it is both 24 months & 6 months.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Not sure what you mean by “24 month minimum term with a 6 month minimum term”?
If you text INFO to 85075 from each phone, you will get details on any early termination fees that may be payable.
Then, to switch, you will need to text PAC to 65075 and provide EE with the PAC codes when signing up for the new plans.
Thanks,
Alex

@JPS_Reliab1ity Are they 24 month contracts and you have 6 months left of those contracts? You need to be in the last 30 days of your contract period in order to change networks without having to pay off the remaining term of the contract. You can still change network if you wish but you’ll need to pay off your existing contract period.
