I haven't received any notice and i see my boll increased already and received by direct debit. How possible is this happen? I have contract. If they can increase whenever they want why we sign and agreed the contract?

@Barsdem Provided you don’t have any out of allowance charges, you need to see your bill breakdown to confirm that. You need to call customer services and inform them that you haven’t received notice of a price increase 30 days before you got that bill as per Ofcom rules that means that this increase can not be applied to you.
You have to be informed of that increase and customer services can check to see if you have been notified of it before the 30 days.
The CPI+3.9% increase is a yearly price increase as per your contract and you did agree to that but you still have to be informed when that increase is going to happen.
