EE broadband down

Hi there my EE broadband stop working for no reason is the system down or something? I'm getting fed up with lack of communication. When will this getting sorted out, before asking yes I have reset everything and no luck.

Welcome to the EE Community, and I'm disappointed to hear you're having a bit of trouble getting connected at the moment.

Is it home broadband through a landline that you're using here, or mobile broadband through a SIM? 

I'd like to get your posts moved over to one of our broadband boards so we can be sure this is seen by the right people if possible.
