Data roaming pass

Does anyone know why EE have decided to charge me 2 prices for data roaming when I only opted in for the £10.79 month pass! Additional £9 has been added to my latest bill

Nope so it’s all under the monthly charges section and definitely only the September bill

I would recommend giving our billing team a call so they can look into these charges further.
