I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile guides to let them know you have not received the bills and get an up date on your EE account.

I did and at first they said they'd charge me for having to send the bill by post! After much discussion they said they will send it "for free" and will solve the access issue in up to 8 weeks. Can't trust anything until I see it solved.

Every month I get told the same things:
"This is an issue affecting our systems today"
"This issue is affecting a lot of customers"
"It will be resolved in time for your next invoice"
One month I even got told "I'll be honest with you, this isn't going to get resolved any time soon"!
I've now raised a formal complaint and focussing my efforts on getting away from EE without it costing me more money rather than when this will be fixed because clearly "this isn't going to get resolved any time soon"!

When you log in to the app you can locate your bills by selecting Manage > Billing.
