Hi. I've some problem.. I'm using this network from last 6 months.. few days back i received a text from EE that you've to return the broadband device otherwise we will add 200 pounds.. and now i just check my direct debit and they added a 200 pound payment.. I'm so much worried about it. I didn't ordered and receive any device so how can i return this.. please help 🙏

£200 seems a little high unless there are multiple pieces of kit that were not returned - if its broadband equipment I suspect its the smart hub 7 plus for £125 plus the extender which they will send out as well for £85.

If you were not a customer though I don't see how they would have your details or a direct debit set up, that makes no sense. I would call EE up and have them bring up your details and have a look at the orders etc and they will get to the bottom of it. Also they give like 2 months after you are due to return kit before they charge the amount so there is plenty of time given to sort it all out
