Black list iPhone

I lost my phone and I received a new one from the insurance company but I found that it’s in the black list I don’t think it should be if I got a new one so I need to know why ?

@Agrari  You need to contact your insurance company about that. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
