Hi, I have been unable to activate TNT Sports since the start of my contract - regardless of how many times I have rang the support team.
I have been passed to TNT Support for EE and back to EE from TNT - every single time I try (regardless of device - the amount of time I’ve been asked to try is amazing) I try to use the activation website where you get a code sent to your mobile to enter - it technical errors!
I am paying every single month for the included package and no one can get me activated on TNT Sports.
anyone else at the point of giving up? Any solution that works?
why TNT can’t just receive confirmation from EE and just add a subscription is beyond me.
HELP!!

I'm sorry you have had trouble activating this. I'd love to see if I can help, is this subscription included in your plan as an inclusive extra or are you adding it as a chargeable add-on?

The Subscription is included in my plan as an inclusive extra.
I have never been able to get past the ‘technical error’ stage and have rang up 3/4 times and end up giving up in frustration - but then try again when the next round of football matches comes up.
The only reason I changed my plan to the more expensive option was because it came with TNT Sports.

When you look at your online account, is it showing as your inclusive extra? This may be in the add-ons section.

Are you able to try clicking the link with Wi-Fi turned off using mobile data?
Also, it looks like you are using an iPhone. Do you have any VPN installed or Private Relay activated?

Only an observation but the description of the TNT Sport Inclusive extra in the image is very historic refering to the 2024 Olympics and WWE (which is no longer on TNT this year. May not be relevant to the problem you are experiencing but seems strange.

No I have never received the activation text - I have tried entering the details at : https://ee.co.uk/app/validate-otp
I get the code sent to my phone and once I enter it to the website that’s when I hit the technical error.
In have tried on iPhone safari/Chrome both in and off WIFI.
I have also tried on 3 different computers.
still get the same issues.
