Trying to add on Cyber Security which was recently removed from my account

Recently updated my plan to the All Rounder 40.  Wasn't told that my Cyber Security add-on I had would be removed from the account.  Trying to add back on to my plan but it won't let me add.  Click on the add to plan but just get redirected back to EE log in.  Happy to pay for the add on but website and app just not allowing the option

Trying to get hold of someone at EE is painful.  Used to be so much easier

I'm sorry to hear that it was removed from your account. If you have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into adding it back on for you.

Spoke to EE yesterday, I was told that EE no longer offer Norton Security, yet its still advertised on the app and website. Frustrated is an understatement. I had this on mobile and laptop, and was happy with the products. Was offered Lookout instead for mobile only for more money, which I used before and was not happy with.
