Suspect call

Good afternoon 

I had a call today from a foreign lady which sounded like a typical call centre type of call which hung up when I replied ‘hello’

Nothing unusual you would probably think but what concerned me slightly is that the number that called me was identical to my number apart from the last digit which was 1 number higher??

 

Quite a coincidence, 

Would you be concerned ?
