Hi, I believe I have just been targeted by scammers. They called on 07340 187429.

They tried to change my Gmail password. I have recovered my Gmail account but every post I make on here about this issue disappears.

@andyjleslie Yes that has been a scam unfortunately, when speaking on the forum we would only reach out via this forum in a public post or private message, never via your e-mail. You have done the right thing in hanging up before changing any passwords and securing your gmail account.

When you do get a chance I would recommend calling our TV technical team as @Leanne_T recommended so our team can help sort out your issue with the image breaking up.

I have restarted the router and TV box repeatedly. I think I have just been targeted by a scammer. I was called on 07340 187429. They tried to change my Gmail password. At this point I hung up and changed my password.

I believe I have just targeted by a scammer. He called on 07340 187429. They said they were from EE support but then tried to change my Gmail password. I ended the call. I have reposted this reply a few times now but it seems like they have been deleted
