I have received an email from ee / Norton indicating my details have been detected on the dark Web.
Has anyone else ever received the same email?

If you have EE Cyber Security on your account and have set up the ID Theft Protection feature then these emails can appear from time to time and usually come from this email address:
no-reply@myidentity.norton.com
I wouldn't advise clicking any links in the email just in case, but if you enter your EE Cyber Security app you should be able to see the alert in the ID Theft Protection section.

Good morning @Mantups
I know it can be worrying when you receive an email like this and you are very right to be cautious too.
Did the email request any personal information or advise you to click on a link?
This link will give you more information on how to recognise scam/phishing emails : Online Security: Avoid and Prevent Scams | EE
Thanks
