Scam Discount call from Ephesus restaurant number 01603 625505

Answered as ID came up with Smart landline number ID Ephesus (Norwich) 01603 625505
Asian man politely informing me I'm due a discount and upgrade on my phone plan (I don't have one) and can upgrade my phone. Said I don't want one thanks and call ended. When I asked him who he was he said he was part of Customer loyalty service.
Looked up the number and it's a restaurant in Norwich, so all very suspicious.
