Replacement SIM

01484 505593 Call from above number, with promise of bill reduction, and threat of end of service without replacement SIM. Told them I believed they were a scam, and stated I would take my chances that EE would cancel me. Asked since when has EE called from Huddersfield! They soon hung up!

You're right, this certainly sounds like a usual spam call. 

Just so you know, you can check if a call is genuine and from us on our How Do We Contact You page. 
Or if the call was from our Direct Partners at Phone numbers EE partners will call from. 

If you're concerned about unsolicited contact from other companies, you can visit How to avoid and prevent scams including phishing, vishing and smishing for hints on how to block and prevent these.
