Why am I receiving messages asking for payment of my bill, when it's showing paid on the app and in my bank? It's listing additional charges for non payment as well.

It probably a scam.
Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?
Report it to EE by forwarding the email to phishing@EE.co.uk .

Hi, I thought so too and reported it to Hotmail so it's disappeared from my emails. But I just wondered had anyone else had it. Thankyou for your reply 🙂

There are many of these going the rounds. EE would never send you a msg asking you to click on a link in order to update your a/c.

CarolinB9
I also received such an email and in additonal i have received this twice now over various months. But when i checked on the offical EE website i was FULLY paid. Also i noted that the amount being asked for in the phishing email does not reflect what i pay it was slightly higher.
I also will report to EE via the email listed below.
I am glad it's not just me.
Regards
