@Dawn1982Until you provide proof to EE that you’ve over 18 you’ll not be able to change this. If it was in the app to change what’s the point of having content lock that a child could remove.
You need to call customer service to request content lock be removed and you’ll need to have a credit card pay a refundable token, Or you can go to a EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there.
