Hi Anne, when you purchased with us on 13/07/2022, we were unable to supply your Contract Summary & Pre-Contract Information documents. This was due to an issue on our side. These documents include details about your purchased product, plan, and other relevant information.

Don't worry, we're not making any changes to your contract and this doesn't impact your current service. If you'd like to request a copy of the documents, please fill in a quick form, found here https://discover.ee.co.uk/C7X5k6H6 We'll then be in touch. As this was our error, you can cancel without any charge, just call 150, choosing the option for the Upgrades or Retentions teams. Please aim to call us within 30 days.

Remember, you can count on EE to keep you connected to what matters most to you - whether it's calling, streaming, gaming or browsing. It's why we've been named the UK's best network 9 years in a row.

We're here to help. If you ever need to get in touch, your call will always be answered in the UK or Ireland. Text STOP to 2040 to opt out of all text message marketing."

Many thanks

Hey! It all depends on what text/email you recieved. Because my two extra devices were add ons to my main contract affected, I’ve cancelled them all and kept all devices and changed to sim only x

Scam message? If so, how are they sending it from the same number EE sends their updates to me and security codes.

Hi @Jcmar

This is an EE message and link.

Just to check did you take out a contract on the date and for the number advised in the message?

Leanne.

It doesn’t say a date. Just says last year 🙂

Thanks for helping @TheSmoke95 @Jcmar

The text message is genuine if an upgrade was completed for the number provided in the message. For more details please call us on 150 🙂

Leanne 🙂

Does this include added tech like ps5s and smart home devices??

It should do if it’s listed on the text message, they offered me an upgrade instead but I took the opportunity to cancel everything and save myself a lot of money and keep all devices. If they’re all linked to the same account I believe so. Best to call up but get all your options first instead of accepting the upgrade they’ll offer
