I have had an email today from BT+EE Telecommunication
stating
we are disconnecting our old Mailbox version of accounts as of 22th May 2025
asking me to login here to confirm my email is still active.
is this a scam?
please let me know if this is really from EE

That definitely isn't an email we'd use, so you've done the right thing in checking.
Can you forward the email to phishing@ee.co.uk so it can be looked at?
Once you have done that, I'd recommend deleting the email.

I can understand your concern with receiving an email like that.
On first impression it doesn't sound genuine, so I would avoid clicking anything for now.
Do you have a BT email account?
What address has the email come from?
