I am the Managing Director of the LloydsPharmacy and Pharmacy2U Online Doctor services.
Approximately 2 weeks ago we launched a new website for our Lloyds service, which can be found at: https://onlinedoctor.lloydspharmacy.com/
We have discovered that this site is blocked by EE when parental control blocking is set to “Moderate”. Please note the block is against the subdomain onlinedoctor.lloydspharmacy.com – the top level domain of lloydspharmacy.com is unaffected.
We are a long-established brand and are a reputable healthcare provider, regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Nothing on our website should cause us to be blocked and we note that our Pharmacy2U online doctor service is reachable with a Moderate content block, as are the websites of our main competitors.
Please can I ask you to review this as a matter of urgency and release the block, because this is putting us at a competitive disadvantage. Our legal team will be happy to provide any documentation that you may require to support your review.
Thank you

Hi @andy2111
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It's strange that it's only affecting the sub-domain when the top-level is unaffected.
I've passed this on to our team to investigate. Once I have any further information I'll be in touch.
