I have just moved over to EE on a Monthly Contract on my Pixel handset and it appears to have activated Parental Controls. I've searched the website and the App for where to turn these off and I can find them. Can anyone help please?

@Patthechat As this is the first time you’re turning this off. You need to call call customer services to have a contact lock removed and you need a credit card to pay a refundable token or you can go to a EE store with in date photo ID make this request there.

My wife phoned customer service as this is an add on her acc . They turned them off . And in her my ee it says there off on my device . However complete under 12 searches

Since switching parental control off have you restarted your device?
