I was scammed

When looking to cancel my contract I was contacted by who said to be a EE promotional team employee after ordering and upgrade to a Google pixel 7 Pro. I was then greeted with a parcel of an I phone so I contacted the "employee" and they said to return it to an address so I did and they said a the actual parcel will arrive shortly however I was incorrect again being a I pad Pro so I repeated the same process only to self discover they were scammers who used ees own 150 number to trick me into two contracts on my account how do I get help.

@ussamahmehmood  You call customer services about this.  You report it to the police.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm sorry to hear this happened.

If you explain what has happened to our Customer Care team they will be able to help you with this. Just let them know what you've told us on here, and they will also ask for more detail too.

Thank you Im Just so stressed out with this all and they made it seem so authentic aswell so all I'm hoping for is the fraud department being able to aid me on trying to rectify this in my account.

I did and they said they would get back to me in the next 7 days from thursday
