Had a call from 07973100194

Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine EE telephone number and not a SCAM?

If it is from EE, why are you using a mobile number to call customers?

Surely all your calls should come from 150?

If this is genuine why didn't they wait for me to pick up? I don't live with my phone in my hand

I agree. Just had the same. Very strange... Also why do EE not have it show the business name as other businesses do.

Hi @Harvoo.

Were you expecting a call?

Usually if you're expecting a call you'd get a text beforehand to let you know we're going to call you.

Jon

hi yes I have had this number also ringe quite a few times. They only let it ring for a few seconds . I have.t had the chance to answer . And I'm not ringing them back. If they want to talk to me that much. They would give me the chance to answer . So I think it can't be that important.

All incoming calls will ring on your phone for the exact same length of time before diverting to voicemail, unless that time is zero - by virtue of them being blocked.

Calls from different numbers will not ring for differing lengths of time.
