I finally got to speak with someone yesterday (13/09) regarding getting this lifted. I'm 35! And all I want to do is buy some underwear!!! So I thought I spoke to someone who was really helpful and was told it would be removed at the latest by 12.30pm on the 14th. It's still on! It's now the 15th! It's taken hours to finally manage to complete an account on my ee only to find there is no assistance available until the morning. This is a joke! I'm beyond upset with all the bs I've gone through just to get the app and complete registration for an account. And also to remove this lock! I will not be recommending ee to anyone anymore and I've always been a customer (payg and contract) and always recommended to family and friends! Never again!
