Fraud ee notification

I have EE voicemail notification but l can't clear it.

When l unfortunately activate this notification its show something "ANS number" but l dont have clue what is this, but l really scared may a phishing software. First time l called  the Voicemail service but they spoken Chinese language other side. 

anyone's have similar experience?

Welcome to the community.

Could you try leaving yourself a voicemail message from another phone please? Once you've done that, listen to the message fully, then delete it.

Let me know if the notification disappears.
