Hi @Blakehampton

Welcome to the community

We'll do our best to help here. Are the customers who have reported this to you EE mobile customers, EE Broadband customers or both?

Thanks

Chris

@Christopher_G , I have just tried it with EE mobile, and it does not work, I do have VPN on as well.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks, @Schockwave

I've tested from my personal mobile and it does work on both broadband and mobile data. Do you have a content lock enabled? What comes up when you try to view it?

Chris

@Christopher_G , no I certainly do not have content lock enabled, I do not need to have content lock on, it is definitely off, I just tried it again and comes up with TLS error.

Your site works over O2 Mobile but not over EE BB. I think the (2) browser is rejecting it as "Nor Private/Security Threat".

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
