Hi Alex, when I called to change my Cyber Security Multi back to Duo( because I only have 1 device that needs the protection), the Guide told me, after “speaking with her supervisor”  that Duo is no longer available?

It's probably wasn't a lie, just the staff see the light and leave so quickly none of them know what's what.

Shame the customers can't get out so easily! Lol
