Sorry to ask as I’m sure it’s been questioned multiple times before but is it possible to verify that I am over the age of 18, using my already verified ID (which uses my current driving license and photo scan) as I do not possess a credit card and visiting the local ee shop is very difficult and time consuming. I would add that a UK driving licence is considered a very important requirement in most identification cases? Thank you for any input from a new 56yr old payg customer.

Hi @STINGRAYJAY
We'd love to help you gain full unrestricted access to the internet.
To change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay as you go (Pre pay) please visit Content unlock.
We accept UK Driving licence as proof of age. However, you'll need to visit any EE store with your driving licence in order for the store guide to validate the image shown on the Photo ID with you in person.
If you've unable to visit an EE store, the only other option would be to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age.

Thank you for the reply and the action needed. I will face the horror of central Cambridge tomorrow and visit your outlet to confirm my age. (lol I don’t think it will take long when they see me).
