EE is a joke! Content lock changed to on! I do not use credit cards and I certainly will not go into any branch to get something removed that I did not change!!!! It's actually easier to change provider! Appalling from EE to change without my permission!

Hi @Bruce_jbm,

Are you a Pay Monthly customer? If so, you can change the setting in your My EE account.

If not then you will need to find someone who will let you use their card temporarily, or go into an EE store.

@Bruce_jbm   If this was previously set to off then you can change this yourself via your account.    If this have never been changed before than you can not change it yourself until you prove you are over 18.   Just to add account settings don’t change on their own. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
