Im payg and dont have credit card drivers licence or passport. No photo id. I have debit card. Im 42yrs old. I cant take lock off. This is ridiculous. Please what can i do 2 yrs ive been trying. Also my credit rating isnt good so i cant get a contract.

You need either a credit card or a photo ID to get rid of Content Lock.
