Content lock Removal

Please remove the content lock. I been have using all my debit card to remove the content lock but to no avail. I am over 30 years. Please I am getting frustrated with this network.

Are you on contract or PAYG?
- On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
- On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. If you have no credit card you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

You can't remove the content lock with a debit card, it must be a credit card.
Debit cards can be held by minors, hence the requirement for credit cards which prove an age of 18+
